I am a Calgarian, Born right here in Calgary, My Great Grandfatther immigrated to Alberta in 1895! I started working in the Restaurant industry at 14, and continued all the up the ladder for to general manager and winning the Maple Leaf Award, Restaurant Manger of the year award for Canada, in the PepsiCo Organization in 1990

I bought my first home in 1982, as small condo in Varsity for $37,000 and everyone thought I was nuts. Interest rates were 20% Mortgage rates were 15.9% but I needed a place to live and did not want to rent and living at home with 2 brothers and a sister was not a option.

Over the years I bought homes of all types and fixed them up and sold them at a later date. One day my Mom said, you love Real Estate and should do it as a business. 

In 1997, I became a Realtor and Joined Sutton Group.
